At Sheffield Watches, we stand behind the precision and elegance of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the timepiece, along with all original documentation and protective films, into the original presentation box and shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
